great experience on our website. Therefore, if our services fail to satisfy you, you can contact us to apply for a
refund according to the following refund policy instructions.
Refund Period
You can apply for a refund within 7 days after payment, which includes the 7 natural days after the initial
subscription payment and each subsequent subscription renewal. If it exceeds the time limit, we may not be able
to process the refund for you.
AI-processing Quota Requirement
If you need to process a refund, the number of times you have used the AI processing quota within the current
subscription cycle cannot exceed 8 times. If it has already exceeded, we may not be able to process the refund
for you.
Good Usage Record Requirement
During your subscription cycle, if there are records of abnormally large quantities of viewing AI processed
content, we may not be able to process the refund for you.
How to Apply for a Refund
Please send an email to [email protected]. Please use “Refund Application” as the subject of the email.
Please indicate your account email and a brief reason for applying for the refund in the body of the email. Our
team will process your application as soon as possible and get back to you.
Refund Process
The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the processing
time of your bank, it may take 5 to 10 working days for the refund to show up on your statement.
